    We're into the last week of 6WEC#25 so it's time to get ready for the next challenge.

    6WEC#26 begins on Sunday, April 23rd and runs through Saturday, June 3rd.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#26, Week 1, Day 1, April 23rd."
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    *If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

        Hi this is chrisie, you can put me down for 7 days a week, I mean business!!! I already have been working out at curves 5 days a week so this won't be much more of a stretch! My measurements are:


        around chest 24 inches
        bust 51 inches
        rib 45 inches
        waist 57 inch
        arms 17 1/2
        hips 55 inches
        right thigh 29 inches
        left thigh 29 1/2 inches
        weight 236
        Goal Date July 05, 2007

                    i'm ready for another challenge! 4 days a week.
                    I'll get my measurements up soon. I may not have internet access from Friday to Tuesday (April 28th - May2nd), I'll be away, but able to exercise. Will it be okay to post when I get back?

                      Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.

                      I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!

                        Hoping 3 days a week isn't considered too low, want to get in challenge but don't want to commit to something I can't do, once my gym returns I will be able to up it.
