6WEC#26 begins on Sunday, April 23rd and runs through Saturday, June 3rd.

#2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

*If you do not check in for 14 days in a row you will be sent a PM on this board. If i don't hear from you within a week you will be removed from the chart.

#2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.
