Hi Skyye! Thanks for the welcome. Quick question....Since the challenge started on June 4th, I think. Can I go ahead and enter the days that I have already exercised starting from June 4th or do I have to start from today which is when I joined the challenge?

Figure I am too late but hey, thought I would post my 5 week exercise goals and update on this sight if that is okay? If my exercise posts will be a problem let me know-since I am so late. I'll deffinatly be joining the next 6 week challenge from the beginning!

Sorry everybody, I really didn't mean to disappear during 6WEC#26. The pregnancy threw me for a loop, and I got overly paranoid after some bleeding episodes and didn't do my walks for a while. Then, once I felt comfortable getting back into it, I was just BOWLED OVER with exhaustion and fatigue and kept telling myself I'd start back again "TOMORROW". So I definitely slugged out, letting myself down quite a bit. I'm going to sign up for 6WEC#27 (way late) and see if I can't find the motivation to get myself moving again. I think if I go first thing in the mornings, I can make it. Wish me luck!
Female / Currently on Extended Induction (again), begun 6/2/08.
I did Extended Induction from 1/3 to 5/9 (2006) and lost 55 pounds, so I know I can do it again!
Okay, I just joined last week, it it okay for me to join the challenge? I want to do 5/7. I feel soooooooooo bad. I cheated today, which I know has thrown me wayyy off. It hasn't even been a whole week yet. I' so ashamed and embarrassed. I had to vent. Sorry.
