25 minutes treadmill plus only a few stations of weights tonight . For some reason i just felt too tired to do my usual hour or so.Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!
I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!
