        Took a bad fall, bruised my ribs, I took today as a rest day...maybe tomorrow too, we shall see. i think I can bike ride...

          You know what.. I think I'm gonna bow out of this challenge and will try again on the next. I had a really bad start.. getting sick... and everytime I think I just might be getting over it I feel worse again. Bleh!

                      I did an hour of Pilates then an hour of weights, Skyye!
