    Normally I would wait and put this up tomorrow but I'm hearing people are asking about this.

    6WEC#34 will begin on Sunday, March 25th and runs through Saturday, May 5th.

    Sign up!
    #1. Tell us how many days a week you plan to exercise.
    #2. Make a note of your beginning measurements. You do not have to post them here if you aren't comfortable doing that. Just be sure to write them down someplace safe to compare with your measurements at the end of the challenge. Click here for a picture that shows you where to measure.

    -Under arms, around chest
    -Fullest part of chest
    -Ribcage
    -Waist
    -Hips
    -Upper arm x 2
    -Thigh x 2
    -Weight

    Don't forget to check in!
    #1. Look for the thread each day in this forum. It will be titled something like "6WEC#34, Week 1, Day 1, Sun, Mar. 25"
    #2. Tell us whether you exercised, took a rest day or a sick day, or slugged it.

    Win something!
    #1. The 3 who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Its determined first by inches and then by pounds.
    #2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.

    This is where everyone can go to view the chart to see if you're exercising or not.

            Hi guys!

            Thanks Jimmie for the pointer to this challenge!
            It sounds just the sort of thing I need, as when it starts I will have just finished my first fortnight. I hope things won't have slowed down then but if they have this should give things a kick!
            Anyway, back tommorow with my measurements! They are hidden away upstairs in my diary at the moment, lol!

                Thanks for organizing this challenge. I'm in! My pledge is to exercise 5 days per week. Right now, I am looking through my exercise DVD's to set up the plan. I lost 10 pounds during induction, then went out of town. I was shocked to find that I maintained the loss over the last several weeks, even while eating out low carb on the road and at a conference. I am now ready for a 3 week push - something of a spring cleaning of the fat cells. One thing I know is needed is an exercise incentive - exercise is not my favorite activity.

                Thanks for the "how to measure" guide.

                Where do you find the nifty linear scales to show progress in pounds lost? I've been looking on the site. It is a motivator. I see plenty of "smilely faces".
