Brain cells exercised! Three hours at the Bridge Centre learning to play bridge. Just mop the floor with the rest of me!

Hey all, 5 mile walk today at a moderate pace. then about an hour of floor washing on my hands and knees (this was a decision to increase core strength, my mop is fine, but my abs are happier!)

after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!

Mowed backyard & frontyard (whew) with a push mower (non powered)! Took forever. My backyard looked like a jungle.

So 1 hour of hard yard work.
