        Day two, fast thirty minute walk through O'Hare Airport with twenty pounds of carry-on luggage. Criminy that's a huge facility!

                Sorry I was posting all on day 1...mine for the 26th is 40min circuit training and 2 miles run/walk

                  I walked for 90 minutes in the morning then did 90 minutes weights plus 25 minutes stationary bike at the gym in the evening.
