                Okay, given that I've badly sprain my ankle. I hobbled up and down stairs today to get some type of workout in. I topped out at 10 flights.

                  I took a day off due to a headache. I only walked about 20 minutes at a slow pace.

                  after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
