      Well not a tremendous lot today. I did alot of stretches from a new book I picked up.
      Leg Workout
      Upper Arm Workout using freeweights
      1/2 hour using weight system

        Took a day off from work yesterday and did a lot of walking around town.
        Went up to our Japanese Gardens and or Rose Garden (no roses yet but still a beautiful area with great views ofthe city and Mt. Raner/Mt. St. Helens. Probably did at least an hour of walking and I counted 117 steps so about 7 flights and a bit extra.

        Also got home and did some more traditional exercise: 25 minutes treadmill, 100 crunches, dumbell work on arms/shoulders.
