    Stability ball exercises, 200 crunches, and 1 hour on the stairstepper.

          40 mins walking today

          Hi Sky

          I am going away for a week’s holiday from Sat 7th April – Sat 14th April and hope to do lots of walking in Wales. But I’m not sure if I am going to be able to report in each day as I may not have access to the Internet.

          Will it be ok if I send details of all my exercise for the week when I get back? I don’t want to miss out on the smiley faces and risk getting removed from the challenge. I am just beginning to enjoy exercising, thanks to this board and I don’t want a slug

          Thanks for all your hard work keeping track of so many of us!

                        Fast walk after dinner and dragged two 30 lb babies around all day! Believe me that was a work out, my arms are soooooo sore. I am used to sluggin one around, but not two! My niece was in my care for the day. So not conventional exercise, btu still exercise. Going for a walk after my I put my ds to bed, dh is staying home so I have a bit of time outside.

                        after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
