    Good Morning Everyone
    40 minutes on the elliptical with 416 calories burned.
    Happy Tuesday!!!
    One day at at time...today I will do what I need to do to reach my goal.

    Hi everyone, still feeling a little congested but what the heck im getting my excercise in, maybe it will make me feel better, so im going to walk today for at least 30minutes!!!!

            Hi Sky

            Just reporting in for the last few days while I am away on holiday.

            Sat 7th 40 min walk + game of cricket on the beach! Then a climb back up hill.

            Sun 8th 1 hour walking up and down the cliffs

            Mon 9th 1 ½ hours walking over the cliffs and down and then up 147 steps to the top of the cliff.

            Tues 10th 35 min walking – slower pace as sore from yesterday, but up and down hills again.

              This morning: did 200 crunches, sculpt 5/6, and stairstepper for 30 minutes.
              HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
              Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.
