      I did 200 crunches and a 1 hour stretch tape this morning, but I consider today a rest day: no aerobics or weightlifting.
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            Treadclimber, Stairmaster, Pilates core and shoulder rehab. That all took about 70 minutes.

                  64 minutes on the elliptical - 5.3 miles. 30 minutes walking and some weights. whoo hoo!

                    myjack has another rest day. he must have worked extremely hard today. he fell asleep at about 8:30 tonight ans hasn't woken up once.
