    Startin' the thread!

    This morning, I rode my stationary bike for 5 miles, did 200 crunches, and stretched on the stability ball for 10 minutes.
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

          Whew! I'm finally over this week long intestinal flu thing that I've had - it was terrible. Today was my first day to the gym in a week.

            Hey guys I know I am totally late to join this challenge but wondering if I can sign up anyway.


            I am committing to work out 6 days a week. already did this last week and am looking forward to posting my successes.

                  Went to the gym and did 20 minutes of elliptical and the bike for a mile, and then worked on upper body weights.

                        Pilates classs followed by body conditioning class and a few weight stations for me tonight.

                          1 hour on the elliptical...don't know calories burned as their is something wrong with my polar watch

                              I got in 125 flights of stairs today. Jello legs, jello legs....

                              after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
