    Getting it started!

    No aerobics for me b/c of my right knee. I did, however, do 200 crunches and some stretches. I don't know whether to call this a rest day or a sick day???
    HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
    Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

    You could count what you were able todo as exercise - otherwise I'd say it's a sick day. Hope your knee is ok.

    Will be doing half an hour's gentle biking and 2 hours ungentle football practice tonight

                              upper body weights and 5 miles on my bike.

                              after almost 5 months on Atkins and over 63 lbs down! Watch for updates!
