      200 crunches, 20 minutes stability ball exercises, and 1 hour on the treadmill.
      HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
      Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

                        Okay, I know I've missed, what? A full week, but I'm getting back on the horse. It might not be exercise exercise, but I did a full hour of cleaning/furniture re-arranging today. Judging by how my back and legs feel, I'm considering it todays exercise. Hopefully tomorow I'll do something more traditional.
