        200 crunches, 20 min stability ball, 1 hour stair stepper, and lots of stretches.
        HW=250+/222/GW=175 37F/5'7
        Revamped my WOL starting 2/10/08.

            I came back to add that I also walked 40 min while pushing the stoller. It was perfect weather. Couldn't resist!
