    Walked and cleaned today.

    Hubby's birthday so we are going out later, although he is still on two crutches and not able to weight-bear, but hoping for good news on Monday when he sees the doctor again. So there may be an end in sight to my nursing duties and then I can fit in some swimming whcih I am dying to get back to.

    40 minutes WT gluts, legs, shoulders
    10 minutes abs

    Hope all goes well Monday for your husband, Tillymum. Got my fingers crossed!
