maybe some lucky, grant, but i am positive this woe helps us not to get sick and if/when we do, it isn't as severe. this is only the second time in 2 years, that i can remember, that i have been sick. and it's only been 2 whole days and already i am feeling better.
i don't think i would have gotten ill this time had i started back on my echinacea a couple weeks ago when i was thinking about it.

My wife and I were talking about this and she can't remember her getting sick since starting Atkins either (other then morning sickness ). She is a 5th grade teacher so you know she gets plenty of exposure. One more reason to get everyone on Eath into Atkins. We could take all the money saved on cold remedies and feed the world.
