    Just throwing it up. I haven't done anything yet. Going to get on the treadmill right now.

    30 minutes of jogging

    100 push-ups
    100 reps with 10 lbs weights
    100 lunges
    100 leg lifts
    100 crunches
    100 bicycles

    Another 30 minutes of jogging later tonight.
    The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an eggs-and-ham breakfast:
    the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'.

        I am in awe of you two. I hope I can exercise that much soon. I just had treadmill today but due to school, this is my hardest day to get it in.
