      tae bo tape 1/2 hour of targeted toning floor exercises, 10 minutes with 5 lb weights and walking to/from my sons school to/from library from school to home. Busy busy day. Have to do something since my vacuum cleaner broke and is at the shop!!!

                  All I can say is...I am whipped!!!
                  I did a record 31 minutes on my elliptical machine non-stop.
