you can do it now if you want. this is friday and i don't think anybody is going to see much of a change as far as inches go before sunday.
fyi for everyone. those of you that are new might not know this. at the end of the challenge, there will be a thread posted and stuck where you can place your ending results. you will be referred back to this thread to fetch the starting numbers so you can do your comparisons.

vallerie, each day you will see a new thread appear specific for that day. for example, on sunday, the first day of the challenge, a thread will be started by someone [any body in the challenge can start the thread] and the title of the thread should read 6 WEC 45, week 1, day 1, Sunday, June 29. whatever exerice you do for that day should be posted in that thread.
the monday thread will read 6 WEC 45, week 1, day 2, Monday, June 30. for that day, you will post your exercise or if you took a rest day, if you sick or whatever. you'll continue in this manner throughout the challenge.
Ok, gotcha! I am going to be glad to be held accountable, now that I am done with induction, I am sure a metabolism boost is just what I need!

ok so i took my measurements and will post them tomorrow. i have one question though, my official weigh in day is not until monday and i would like to wait until then to post my weight. i could just edit my measurement post to add my official weight. is that ok or should i go ahead and get on the scales tomorrow. in the past i've been known to be a scaleoholic and have committed myself to only weighing in on mondays. one day early i guess wouldn't hurt but thought i'd ask anyways.
i wish everyone great success and hope we can all have a slug free 6 weeks
