            Hi all. I'm in for 4 days a week. I was reluctant to join because in 2 weeks we open our orchard to the public which means I will be at the sales shed 10 hours a day, 7 days a week but this challenge is just what I need to get me motivated to start exercising again. So, I'm off to the elliptical machine.

                oh, one more thing. we have so many new challengers and ya'll might not know there is a little graphic to show you are participating in the 6 wec. one for the boys, one for the girls. use them if you like but it is not a requirement.

                        wow! so many challengers! i really think i'll have to split the names and make two charts. if i do it all on one, i think your names will be too hard to read. the charts will be a work in progress for the first few days. what a nice problem to have!

                          Thank you! i gained a pound.. GRRR... but I am sure it is water.. I didn't get all my water in AND ate a lot of processed protein (pepperoni, lunchmeat) So tomorrow should be better. Will post my exercise this evening.
