you signed up for 5 days a week, so the week of July 15 through 21, you would end up being slugged. the following week, July 22 through 28, you would be okay to get your 5 days finished..
i would suggest this, exercise on July 15 and 16. that leaves 3 days during your family get together to do something and that could include just walking. ask some family members to do this with you. or play badmitton, get kids involved with hoola hoops or play basketball. unless you are just sitting the whole week, most likely you would be getting some form of exercise done, right?

I am doing the six week excersize challenge and plan to commit to 5 days per week.
Let's just call the last few days, erm, ..sick days.. hahaha.
