    you signed up for 5 days a week, so the week of July 15 through 21, you would end up being slugged. the following week, July 22 through 28, you would be okay to get your 5 days finished..

    i would suggest this, exercise on July 15 and 16. that leaves 3 days during your family get together to do something and that could include just walking. ask some family members to do this with you. or play badmitton, get kids involved with hoola hoops or play basketball. unless you are just sitting the whole week, most likely you would be getting some form of exercise done, right?

              nicole, it's perfectly fine to join us! this is only tuesday and it's very doable to get 4 days in for this week.

              if you want to be considered for one of the ribbons, you'll need to post your stats either here or some place where you can get to them at the end of the 6 weeks. see the first post of this thread

                  Bwahhh -- sorry I'm late!!! I am doing the six week excersize challenge and plan to commit to 5 days per week. Let's just call the last few days, erm, ..sick days.. hahaha. Seriously though I'll post my measurements later today! Here we go -- no whammies, no whammies!!!!

                        So i figured I'd post my measurements here.

                        Stats:

                        Upper Chest: 34
                        Chest: 36.5
                        Ribcage: 31.5
                        Waist: 30
                        Hips: 43.5
                        Right Arm: 13
                        Left thigh: 24.5

                        Weight: 153-ish


                        do people ususally measure both arms, and both thighs? then count the loss of inches on each? or just one?

                            Should I be posting here what I did daily.
                            Sunday 45 min strength training. Monday 45 min eliptical. I plan to donate my walking minutes in the evening to the other challenge

                            6 days of at least 30-45 cardio (elliptical, treadmill)
                            45 min strengh training at least 3 days a week
                            On the off day is Yard work
