      10 minute run on the treadmill. 25 minutes on the elliptical.

      Also, can someone add the day of the week to the thread title? Its easier to find that way.

                    1 mile biking, 20 minutes stability ball, 5 minutes of flight climbing using the step stool which equals good heart cardio work.

                              30 minutes on the spine force, 15 minutes on the hand bike and 25 minutes free weights and other excerises at PT.
