I did 25 minutes on the hand bike, 15 minutes on the spine force and free weights
36 year old Female - 5'8
New start on Atkins 3/8/2010 Start weight 175 lbs.
Goal weight 145 lbs
Mini goal #1-170 lbs - Reached 3/15/2010
Mini goal #2-165 lbs -
Mini goal #3-160 lbs -
Mini goal #4-155 lbs -
