    Morning Session: 1&1/2 Mile Swim
    Afternoon Session: Beautiful Post Rain 3 Mile Jungle Trek/Run
    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Start 229/ Now at 188/ Goal 175

    Walked my 20 blocks. I wish the weather would warm up a tad bit cause its cold out there.

            Will be doing Slim In 6, Start It Up (2nd day).

            Barbde, did you experience a slight weight gain when you started Slim In 6? I'm 2 pounds heavier than I was yesterday. I'm thinking I'm retaining water to cushion my hurting muscles ensive

            I so could not give Start It Up my all tonight. I finished it, but my quads were screaming at me. I don't think they'll ever forgive me :no

            I also did Slim and Limber.

                    Didn't do anything yesterday (unless housecleaning and grocery shopping count). :anger

                    Tonight after work, I plan on at least 30 min on the treadmill and there is a 30 min abs class I want to attend. If I have any energy, I'll do some weight training on my arms.

                        upper body weight training--chest/shoulders/back/biceps/triceps

                        will probably do my yoga tonight--wish my 20 min Winsor pilates tape wasn't on the fritz...grrr...However, I just put in a bid on e-bay for the DVD version--woohoo! Guess it was about time for my tape to wear out--I've had it for 4 years!

                          Did Week 1 Workout 1 of the Cto5K. That means I walked a total of 1 mile and ran for .65 miles.

                            You guys are so further advanced than me with your excercise abilities. :sadblinky I hope I can work up to what all of you can do one day....or at least 1/2 of what you do.

                            I walked a mile on my treadmill and worked out with my little weights and did 30 crunches. And yes, I'm pooped out from it.

                              Ah don't worry, I started with baby steps... literally! LOL. 5 minutes on the treadmill wiped me out at first. The nice thing is that the more you do the more you will be able to do!! Hang in there!! :hug
