3 miles on the treadmill -- 1 mile at 6% incline, 2 miles at 0% 3 to 3.5mph with a couple 1-minute wind sprints thrown in. About 400 calories burned.

1.25 mi of the 2 mi WATP, forgot to do measurements again....Will try to remember in a.m. if they don't go calling me in to work early again and making me scramble! Nothing like me and Leslie Sansome getting interrupted by the phone at 5:15 a.m.!!!!
