      35 minutes stability ball... 2 miles walking.... 500 crunches/ situps... 100 bicep curls per arm... 200 triceps ... and 20 pushups

          took a 20 min bike ride, not sure of miles as haven't gotten a podometer for the bike yet, estimating about a mile though.
