i'm finally back from vacation. here's the breakdown of my exercise while i was away (sorry i didn't post).
July 5 - rest
July 6 - Cardio
July 7 - Cardio

July 13 - rest
as you can see, i did not follow my weight training program at all, but i managed to keep the cardio on. i didn't expect to lose on vacation (and i didn't), but i didn't gain either.
