    thought i'd start today's thread, hope i titled it correctly.

    15 mins weights, 100 abs & 24 squats and 30 pushups also. may do more later tonight

      I did some walking today and will do some ball work with weights later I hope.

              Decided to exercise after all as was in a bad mood 45 mins kickboxing and stretching cheered me right up.

                      3 mile walk. Later tonight I will do some exercise band workouts and the core strengthening exercises given to me by the physical therapist.
