      Morning Session: 5 Mile Jungle Trek/Run just after dawn. Saw a troop of Monkey's & a 6 foot 40lb Monitor Lizard (some of the locals were freaking out they thought it was a crocodile)
      Afternoon Session: 20 Minutes Lifting + 30 Minutes Lap Swimming
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

                I think I recently saw an article by a highly respected sexologist who opinioned...., "Sex may be counted as a form of exercise if the vigour exuded by both parties are sufficient to:

                .......cause the plaster on the ceiling in the apartment below to crack.

                .......record a reading of 4.5 on the Richter Scale.

                .......cause the chandelier in the dinning room to swing in an arch of no less than 160 degrees.
