  • 6WEC #47 Week 1, Day 1, Sunday, September 21

    I guess I'm the first to post in this 6WEC

    I ran/walked for 25 minutes (about 1.5 miles if I had to guess, I'll go and measure with the car later) and did 200 crunches and 30 pushups (~10 minutes)

    Mini-Goal 1: 215 - the weight I was when we got married - MET!!!!
    Mini-Goal 2: 200 - BMI will be under 30!
    Mini-Goal 3: 180 - weight I was in college
    Ending Goal: 169 - no longer classified as overweight!

    3 mile hilly walk! Gorgeous morning.

    I am always so proud of myself when I do that walk.....wanted to get a good start!

    Adam, you don't have to burn gas to measure your route!

                            as a matter of fact it can count. i wouldn't feel good about taking 1 or 2 boxes of stuff upstairs and calling it exercise but if you are taking many things for a fair amount of time, i would accept it.
