Walked the dog for 45 mins.....worked in yard mowing and weeding the flower beds 45 mins...10 mins abs, hips and leg work this evening to round out my day..

Ok did something like exercise. I usually pop my Firm DVDs and workout but last night and this morning I went dancing at Chicago 720 Nightclub. Danced since 12am till 2:30am non-stop Highbeat Heart throbing music. Went upstairs middle and basement floors with different types of music through out the night.

The usual domestic routine - making beds, doing laundry, puttering around in the garden, plus errands around town - don't know if that counts or not, but it adds up to about two hours of activity. And I move fast, by nature
Inspiring, inspiring...I did not find this thread on Sunday so I'll post now, my only exercise yesterday was 3 hours of shopping, I don't think that counts! My real exercise plan starts today, Monday, I'll be taking a yoga class and will post in the right place after that....
