    Just finished doing 30 minutes jogging 9 minutes walking.

    I feeeeeeeeeel gooooood!!!!

              2.6 miles on 3.5 incline at 3.7mph + 8 minute buns with 5lb. leg weights + 8 minute abs video.

                I took my doggy for a mile walk and did 15 donkeys per leg, 15 squats, 20 pelvic lifts, and 20 oblique twists per side.

                  30 minutes on the treadmill! Did I mention that I'm visiting my mother's right now and still exercising? This challenge is quite the motivator. Normally, I'd find any excuse to not exercise! Thanks again!
