    Just finished doing 30 minutes jogging 9 minutes walking.

    I feeeeeeeeeel gooooood!!!!

      Afternoon Session: 25 Minutes Lifting/Freeweights, 30 Minutes Nordic Track
      I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

          P.S. Skyye, things are getting a bit tricky with my hip, hence I will have to go to a 2 on 1 off schedule. I know that I committed to 6/7, but it can't be helped. Thanks.

              2.6 miles on 3.5 incline at 3.7mph + 8 minute buns with 5lb. leg weights + 8 minute abs video.

                I took my doggy for a mile walk and did 15 donkeys per leg, 15 squats, 20 pelvic lifts, and 20 oblique twists per side.

                  30 minutes on the treadmill! Did I mention that I'm visiting my mother's right now and still exercising? This challenge is quite the motivator. Normally, I'd find any excuse to not exercise! Thanks again!

                    Well put me down for a rest day - did 3 hours cleaning and couldn't face anything else so I'll make it up today
