    we will be driving most of the day on our way to tn. i will catch up on the charts upon my return which should be on monday night.

      30 min stationary rowing, 20 min elliptical, 10 min biking, 30 min upper body strength training, 20 min hula

        was planning on going for a walk, but my head feels like it's going to explode! (I caught my son's cold.) So, sick day for me.
