    30 mins stability ball workout, 10 mins abs and hips

    1st mini goal- 170(met 09/29/0
    2nd mini goal- 160 (halfway) reward MASSAGE!!
    3rd mini goal- 150 (almost there)
    4th and final- 140- made it!!
