so far i've mowed the grass and raked the clumps and at work i power sanded some hard wood floors for 4 hours. quite a little work out for my arms.
i am planning some stab. ball work, also.

Bike, squats, abs, push-ups.
Just wanted to let everyone know that I think these challenges are terrific! I know I would already have let my exercise level lapse if it weren't for this challenge. In fact I had to stay up until after 1 on Saturday night to get some biking in because I knew I had used up all my rest days for the week and I don't lie and I don't give up!
