        50 minute walk pulling 40 lbs. in a wagon (my 5 yr. old DD!) will do abs later.

                      Okay, Elizellen encouraged me to just post when I can and to stay with the Challenge instead of bowing out.

                      So last week it was yoga, 75 min, on Mon and Wed, and 20 min exercise bike on Sat and Sun.

                      This week so far it's yoga, 75 min, on Mon and Wed.

                      Hope I didn't forget any days cuz I don't want a slug!

                      Goal 1: Successful 14-day Induction, started
                      9-8-08, met on 9-21-08: -6.3 lb, -7.75 inches WOO HOO!

                      Goal 2: Lose 10% bodyweight, 19.6 pounds

                      Goal 3: Walk, exercise bike, golf, or yoga 15-30 min, 3x/wk. Consistency counts more than anything.
