    Morning Session:4&1/2 Mile Jungle/Trek Run
    Afternoon Session: 25 Minutes Freeweights + Lifting, 30 Minutes Short Course Lap Swimming

    I try to take one day at a time but sometimes several days attack me at once

    Treadmill 30 minutes.

    Wow, this is the shortest run cold I've EVER have...could it be the exercise, diet and supplements? I think...YES!

      20 min. treadmill and 100 crunches. Painting my bathroom is my goal for tonight so probably won't work out tonight.

          I'm still sick but I'm going to the gym anyway. I'm only committing to do 30 min on the treadmill.

          I saw the doctor about my foot. Of course, tests.. tests.. tests.. he gave me a shot of cortisone (OWWWWEEEEE) :yikes and now I have to monitor my pain for a week. Of course, with no activity, it's not that bad so I need to do what makes it hurt. WALK!!

            My back is still playing up (a lot less than before) only taking 1 tablet a day now instead of the 3. I'm going to attempt to do an RPM class on friday morning, to see how it goes.

            I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

                2.5 miles on 3.5 incline at 3.5 mph + 8 minute abs + 8 minute buns with 5 lb leg weights.

                  Decided against SIS today (sorry bree & jordan) but I did get 7 miles in on the bike. We will see how I feel tomorrow.
                  Lots of family coming in next week! :yikes Hope I can maintain my exercise through that!
