1. The 3 Challengers who lose the most will earn a ribbon. Winners are determined first by inches and then by pounds.

2. Those who complete all 6 weeks of the challenge without getting slugged will earn a slug free button. Sick days do not count as slugs.
What's a slug, you ask?
A slug is something you don't want to earn. If you are signed up for 4 days. that means you have 3 spare days. If you take 4 rest days in a week, there is no way you can exercise 4 days so one of the rest days would be a slug day. If you earn even 1 slug during the entire 6 weeks challenge, you can not earn the slug free button. however, even if you get slugged, you would be eligible for a ribbon if your losses are good enough.
