    Starting it off again today with a longer walk with the dog. Did two laps of the neighorhood, so I am guessing about a mile and a half, it took me 30 minutes

    Back to Induction 1/2/10 (low weight was 173 on 9/7/08, CRASHED off the wagon- but back now!)

    45 mins bike class and 30 mins abs, bum and thighs class for me today. exercising this week is quite slow for me this week. Will be starting back to normal on Monday.

          30 minutes biking [7 miles] and 25 minutes of stability ball work

                      Walked, walked, walked. Exhausted. I'm 33 days in and the high energy seems to be leaving me. I'm going to up the exercise and see if that helps.
