    Rest day for me!

    I did pilates and a quick walk.
    149.8/no weigh/ 119



    1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
    what the rungs mean to me:
    rung 1 - more veggies
    rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
    rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
    rung 4 - berries, melon
    rung 5 - wine -
    rung 6 - beans, hummus
    rung 7 - other fruits
    rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
    rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
    Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
    (on to pre-maintenance)

      Just a cardio day for me today, I am SORE from lifting yesterday!

      1 mile on treadmill (13 minutes)
      7.5 miles on stationary bike (33 minutes)
      .5 mile walk with dog (15 minutes)

      All is good!

        still feel rotten, so calling it a sick or rest day. Staying on food plan though.

          Warm up with squats, pushups and hula. Boxer-type workout in 10 rounds. 20 mins stretch.
