    I went swimming and have done some stability ball exercises tonight

            Rest day.
            149.8/no weigh/ 119



            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)

              Walked for a long time today, more (2 hours) of aggressive house cleaning and ab exercises.

                      No gym at weekends for me but today to make up for Thursday. Did some exercises at home for about 30/45 mins

                        so today was a big workout for me at the gym. Today was hard but worth it after.
