    It's day 2 and I hope everyone got off to a great start!

    Sick day

    It's another sick day here until the baby is back to her happy, healthy self. All get-well wishes are welcomed and appreciated in hoping for her to regain her health again soon!

    Chynna - hope your little one is soon better, and you can all get back to normal.

    My exercise for today - 1 hour 5 mins (- 10 mins aerobic warm-up, 25 minutes on the strider, and 30 mins upper body weights, with a few yoga moves and 40 crunches thrown in for good measure!)

          1 mile walk, 300 stair steps, 50 plie squats.

          Chynna - my well wishes, i hope your daughter recovers soon.

                Starting off the challenge slowly on doctors orders.

                30 mins today for me - 10 mins Wii and 20 mins walking

                Currently doing couch to 5K program to start running and loving it Check out 'Get Running' if you have an iPhone.

                    Walked for 15 minutes this morning and 20 minutes tonight for a total of 35 minutes. Also did 50 squats.

                      Introductory level weights and resistance band exercises today. Not enough time or reps to brag about, but it's a start!
