    1 hour for me today - 25 mins on the strider/walker and 35 mins lower body exercises/crunches/stretches.

          20 minutes on the elliptical machine and 1 hour tearing the boiler apart. Does that count? No, I didn't think so! ;-)

              50 Pound Challenge by First Day of Summer!
              3/8/09 - 224.0 lbs (Start weight)
              Summer Challenge Goal by June 21st: 174 lbs
