    Ran 2 disastrous miles this morning -- it started pouring half-way though and then I also missed breakfast. I guess it's a sign that I should run faster...

              i've got 35 minutes of stab. ball work done, finished my flights for another climb and now i'm going to do a little bit on my bike.
