    1 hour cardio/lower body workout, walk and 20 mins wii fit today

        i think it's a rest day. i overdid the work on my legs yesterday. long cancer story................

                  3 miles for me.....I had to practically flog myself to get out and do it! Maybe it should have been a rests day but what the hey!

                          worked really hard at gym as it was my daughters 9th birthday and I wasn't as good as I should have been when putting the chocolate on her cake!!!
